A portrait of a woman with even, healthy-looking skin

At Pearl Skin Polyclinic in Dubai, PLINEST treatments are selected according to the treatment area, skin quality and individual concerns.

Rather than adding volume or changing facial features, polynucleotides are used to improve the condition and appearance of the skin itself.

Our clinic works with the PLINEST range, including PLINEST®, PLINEST Fast and PLINEST Eye, allowing our doctors to choose the formulation most appropriate for each area.

Choose the Right PLINEST® Treatment

  • The PLINEST carton

    PLINEST®

Intensive support for overall skin regeneration.

PLINEST® is used when the main objective is to improve overall skin quality, elasticity and texture.

It can be considered for the face, neck, décolleté and other areas where the skin requires more intensive regenerative support.

PLINEST is particularly relevant for patients concerned about loss of elasticity, dullness, uneven texture, fine lines or visible changes associated with ageing and environmental exposure.

Unlike dermal fillers, the treatment is not intended to create facial volume or alter facial proportions.

    Best suited for:

Face • Neck • Décolleté • Skin quality • Regenerative programmes

  • The PLINEST Fast carton

    PLINEST® Fast

Regeneration for delicate and thinner skin.

PLINEST Fast is a lighter formulation from the PLINEST range and may be selected for areas where the skin is thinner or where a more delicate approach is preferred.

At Pearl Skin Polyclinic, it can be incorporated into treatment plans for the face, neck, décolleté and selected sensitive areas, depending on the patient’s skin condition.

It may also be considered for younger patients seeking to maintain skin quality and address early changes without adding volume.

    Best suited for:

Thin skin • Delicate areas • Early ageing changes • Face • Neck

  • The PLINEST Eye carton

    PLINEST® Eye

Polynucleotide treatment for the under-eye area.

The skin around the eyes is significantly thinner than the skin on many other areas of the face and often shows signs of ageing earlier.

PLINEST Eye is specifically selected for the periorbital area when the aim is to improve the appearance of skin quality around the eyes rather than create volume.

It may be considered for concerns such as fine lines, thin or crepey-looking skin, reduced elasticity and a tired appearance associated with poor skin quality.

Dark circles can have different causes, including pigmentation, visible vessels, anatomy and volume loss.

For this reason, our doctors assess the underlying cause before recommending an under-eye polynucleotide treatment.

    Best suited for:

Under eyes • Fine lines • Thin skin • Crepey texture • Skin quality

What Are Polynucleotides?

Polynucleotides are DNA-derived molecules used in regenerative aesthetic medicine.

Their role is different from traditional injectable fillers.

Dermal fillers are generally selected when the aim is to restore or create volume. Polynucleotide treatments, on the other hand, focus primarily on skin quality and regenerative support.

When introduced into the skin, polynucleotides help create an environment that supports cellular activity and tissue renewal processes.

For this reason, they are increasingly used in aesthetic medicine for patients who want to improve their skin without significantly changing their facial features.

What Can PLINEST® Help Improve?

The objective of PLINEST treatment is not to make the face look different. It is to help the skin look healthier and better supported.

Depending on the patient and treatment area, a polynucleotide programme may help improve the appearance of:

  • Skin hydration
  • Elasticity
  • Firmness
  • Fine lines
  • Uneven texture
  • Thin or crepey-looking skin
  • Overall skin quality

Results develop gradually and vary from patient to patient.

For some patients, PLINEST may be used as a standalone regenerative treatment.

For others, it becomes part of a more comprehensive treatment plan involving lasers, BBL, RF microneedling, medical skincare or other injectable treatments.

PLINEST® for Under-Eye Skin

A regenerative approach when volume is not the main problem.

Not every under-eye concern requires filler.

Sometimes the primary problem is the condition of the skin itself: it may be thin, dry, finely wrinkled or less elastic.

In these situations, an under-eye polynucleotide treatment such as PLINEST Eye may be considered to focus specifically on skin quality.

This approach is particularly relevant for patients who want a natural-looking result and do not want to add unnecessary volume to the tear trough area.

However, if dark circles are caused by pigmentation, vascular visibility or anatomical hollowing, the treatment strategy may need to be different. This is why diagnosis comes before product selection at Pearl Skin Polyclinic.

PLINEST® for Face and Skin Regeneration

Improving skin rather than changing facial features.

Aesthetic medicine is increasingly moving beyond simply filling wrinkles. Patients often want their skin to appear smoother, fresher and more resilient while maintaining their natural facial features.

PLINEST polynucleotide treatments may be incorporated into programmes for patients experiencing dryness, dullness, reduced elasticity, fine lines or visible deterioration in skin texture.

The treatment can also complement other procedures when the goal is to work with both skin structure and skin quality.

PLINEST® for Neck and Décolleté

The neck and décolleté are frequently overlooked even though their skin is thin and regularly exposed to environmental factors.

Fine lines, crepey texture, dryness and reduced elasticity may become noticeable in these areas even when the face still appears relatively youthful.

Depending on skin thickness and the degree of change, the doctor may select PLINEST or PLINEST Fast as part of an individual regenerative programme for the neck or décolleté.

PLINEST® for Post-Acne Skin

Polynucleotides may also be incorporated into comprehensive treatment plans for patients with post-acne changes.

It is important to understand that acne scars are different in depth, shape and structure. One injectable treatment cannot address every type of scar.

At Pearl Skin Polyclinic, our doctors first evaluate the type of post-acne changes and may combine regenerative injections with treatments such as BBL, laser technologies, RF microneedling or other scar-specific procedures when indicated.

PLINEST therefore becomes part of a personalised skin regeneration strategy rather than a universal treatment for every acne scar.

PLINEST® and Combination Treatments

Regenerative injectable treatments can be combined with other technologies when appropriate.

At Pearl Skin Polyclinic, a treatment plan may include PLINEST alongside:

  • BBL HEROic™
  • Morpheus8
  • ClearSilk®
  • Medical skincare
  • Other physician-selected treatments

The combination and timing depend on skin condition, sensitivity, treatment goals and the technology being used.

We do not automatically combine procedures simply because they are available. Each step should have a clear clinical purpose within the treatment plan.

PLINEST® vs Profhilo®

PLINEST and Profhilo are both associated with improvements in skin quality, but they are not the same treatment.

PLINEST is based on polynucleotides. Profhilo is based on hyaluronic acid.

The choice between them depends on the patient’s skin, age, treatment area and main concern.

For one patient the priority may be hydration. For another, regenerative support or improving thin skin may be more relevant.

A consultation allows the doctor to determine whether PLINEST, Profhilo or another treatment is more suitable.

PLINEST® vs Dermal Fillers

PLINEST is not designed to replace dermal fillers. The two treatments have different purposes.

A filler may be selected when the goal is to restore volume, improve structural support or adjust facial contours.

PLINEST is primarily selected when the objective is to improve skin quality without creating additional volume.

In some cases, both approaches can be used within the same aesthetic plan because healthy skin and balanced facial structure are separate treatment goals.

Why Polynucleotide Treatments Are Popular in Dubai

Dubai’s climate can place additional stress on the skin. High UV exposure, heat, frequent air conditioning and changes between indoor and outdoor environments can contribute to dehydration and visible changes in skin quality.

For patients living in Dubai, a long-term aesthetic plan should therefore focus not only on individual wrinkles but also on maintaining the overall condition of the skin.

Polynucleotide treatments can be incorporated into this strategy together with daily sun protection, appropriate skincare and physician-led aesthetic treatments.

PLINEST® at Pearl Skin Polyclinic Dubai

At Pearl Skin Polyclinic, treatment selection begins with the skin rather than with the name of a product.

Our doctors assess the patient’s concerns, skin thickness, texture, pigmentation, vascular component, facial anatomy and previous treatments before creating a personalised plan.

Having PLINEST, PLINEST Fast and PLINEST Eye available allows the treatment to be adapted to different areas rather than using one formulation everywhere.

Our objective is to maintain natural facial features while improving skin quality through medically supervised aesthetic treatments.
